The Key to Better Golf!

Dear RAC member, this month we start our new strength and flexibility programme. This intensive golf lesson package runs together with Chris in Ceders Sports to identify and target the key physical moves in your swing that require attention. Through working together we improve your physical ability to make the changes needed to play better golf. The itinerary below is a sample of what to expect.

Week 1:
Initial Assessment (Gym) – 90 minutes
&
Golf Lesson Assessment 1 – (Driving Range) – 60 minutes
 Week 2:
Stretching session/set stretching programme – 30 minutes
 Week 3:
Golf Lesson 2
 Week 4:
Flexibility re-assessment & Core strength/stability/balance 1– 60 minutes
 Week 5/6:
Golf lesson 3
 Week 7/8:
Flexibility re-assessment & Core strength/stability/balance 2 – 60 minutes
 Week 9:
‘Gym based’ strength & conditioning session (set programme) – 60 minutes
Week 10:
Final catch-up session/summary/coffee – 30 minutes (Free additional session)

Total No. Golf Conditioning Sessions in Programme = x6
Total No. Golf Lessons in Programme = x3
