Golf trips with tuition this winter

RAC members golfing holidays.

Do you want to see an improvement on your golf whilst enjoying a holiday in the sunshine? Why not try a 3, 5 or even 7 day golf break with tuition. This is without doubt the best way to see a real improvement in your game in a relaxing environment. These golf breaks are limited to 8 RAC members per group keeping it sociable but also small enough to give each individual sufficient lesson time. The format each day is 3 hours of tuition with video analysis, (this is optional as it is not everybody's idea of a relaxing golf holiday!) every morning followed by 18 holes

every afternoon. Each venue is a first class holiday resort in it's own right so if you or your other half would just prefer a simple golfing holiday with less emphasis on the golf and more relaxing by the pool with a

cocktail in your hand then that can be arranged too.

There are some fantastic venues with dates to suit even the most hectic of diaries.

Valderrama Trip Jan 31st - Feb 3rd

Valderrama hosts the European Tour's Andalucia Masters and was where Seve captained the European Ryder Cup Team to victory in 1997, it is without doubt one of the most amazing golf courses in the world and has to be played to be believed. September 24th at The Royal Automobile Club Epsom was a great chance to try out some of the best clubs on the market. Callaway, Taylor Made and Yonex took part in our Demo day and there were also putting and lob shot challenges to test the skills of the membership. Summer 2011

This summer sees the courses looking as good as ever, although the rough seems to be thicker than usual due to the heavy rain last month. If you are wanting keep out the long stuff and hit more fairways be sure to book a checkup on your game soon. Alternatively why not try a short game session with a focus on awkward lies, including how to get out heavy rough.

Ireland 2011

Hard to beat Ireland when the sun is out. Just played 18 holes at Old Head, one of the best golf courses in the world, on a perfect day and it was magical.

A truly amazing place where every hole has a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. After the game we had a drink on the terrace and everyone of the group agreed it was about as good as it gets. Looking forward to making this an annual trip. Will Murray PGA.
