There are so many good golf resorts to choose from it is hard to decide, however The Doral Golf Resort in Miami is one of the best. There are 5 championship golf courses on site as well as the Bosa Nova Lounge for one of their mohitos and The Mesazul Steakhouse for a fillet steak. Miami has so much to offer other than golf, Ocean Drive for the Art Deco district and world famous South Beach or Collins Avenue for the fabulous boutiques. This is a great place to visit so book today.

Biarritz 2010

The 2010 Ziggy Trophy proved to be one of the best competitions yet, it was a great week of golfing on some of the finest golf courses in Biarritz and although the eventual winner has been close a few times before he had yet to get his name on the cup. However, Adrian Talpade was consistently in the 30s this week and won the Trophy with a 4 round score of 125 on some tough and challenging courses, well done Adrian. Ed Robinson played well all week and pushed him all the way but for an unfortunate attack of food poisoning (or was it the Manzana?!) on the last day he might have been the winner this year. Competators Serge Bajada and Kym Edwards(the defending champion) put in a good showing but in the end 2nd and 3rd place went to Rob Poole and Tim Barlow respectively. Many thanks to all who took part. Will.
